Farkındalık Atölyesi
Kelime anlamı bilinçlilik hali olan farkındalık, zihinde kendine yeni bir alan açmak, daha az yargılamak, daha geniş ve özgür bir perspektiften bakabilmek olarak tanımlanabilir.
Farkındalık, kendimize ait esas gerçekliğe direkt olarak gidebileceğimiz bireysel bir yoldur. Zihnimizde beliren düşüncelerden ve anlık hislerimizden ibaret olmadığımızı anlatan, olup bitenleri yorumlamak yerine şahit olmayı öğütleyen bir bilinçlilik halidir; tıpkı bir fırtına içinde olmak ve bir fırtınaya tanık olmak arasındaki fark gibi.
Farkındalık atölyesi ile katılımcıları an’ da kalabilmeye davet ediyoruz. Evham, stres ve kaygılardan uzaklaşabilmeyi fiziksel ve zihinsel düzeyde anlatan pratikler uygulatarak, düşüncelerine yorumcu yerine tanık olabilmelerine fırsat veriyoruz.
Atölyede bedeni zorlamayan Yoga pratiği, farklı nefes çalışmaları ve ‘derin düşünme’ teknikleri, katılımcıların kendilerini tanımalarına, kendilerini keşfetmelerine olanak tanır. Her gün uygulayabilecekleri bu teknikler ile hayatlarındaki bakış açıları da değişmeye başlar.
